Medical centers Suncar are divided into 4 model formats Mini, Midi, Maxi and Super, which differ in area, investment sum and offered medical services. There may be additions or alterations t the model formats, particularly, in the volume of medical services.

Mini-format. Area: 400 – 600 sq.m. Rooms: physician, pediatrician, neurologist, urologist, gynecologist, physiotherapist’soffice, procedure room, USI, medical laboratory, pharmacy.

Project financing:

• Equipment costs: 50 000 000 tenge.
• Lump sum payment: 4 500 000 tenge.
• Royalty: fixed– 150 000 tenge plus 2 % from cash receipts.
• Other expenses: calculated during preparation of business plan.
• Overall investments: 60 000 000 tenge.

Midi-format. Area: 900 – 1200 sq.m. Rooms: physician(2 rooms), cardiologist, surgeon, traumatologist, pediatrician (2 rooms), neurologist, pediatricneurologist, urologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, dentist, physiotherapist’soffice, procedure room, USI, medical laboratory, X-ray room, pharmacy.

Project financing:

• Equipment costs: 100 000 000 tenge.
• Lump sum payment: 5 500 000 tenge.
• Royalty: fixed– 300 000 tenge plus 2 % from cash receipts.
• Other expenses: calculated during preparation of business plan.
• Overall investments: 115 000 000 tenge.

Maxi-format. Area: 1400 – 1600 sq.m. Rooms: physician(3rooms), cardiologist, otolaryngologist, surgeon, traumatologist, osteopath, pediatrician (3rooms), neurologist (2 rooms), pediatric neurologist, urologist, gynecologist, dermatovenerologist, endocrinologist, oncologist, breast physician, dentist, infectiologist, nephrologist, physiotherapist’s office, procedure room, dressing room (2 rooms), hemodialysis room, FGDS, CDL,USI, medical laboratory, X-ray room, MRT, CT, Mammography, pharmacy.
